The 2028 Presidential Election took place on November 7, 2028 between current Libertarian President Benjamin Shapiro and Vice President Rand Paul, Green US Senator of New York Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and US Senator of California Ro Khanna, Democratic former Governor of Maryland Martin O'Malley and former US Senator of Virginia Jim Webb, and Republican former Governor of Wisconsin Scott Walker and former US Representative of California Kevin McCarthy.
The main topics in the election were the economy, immigration, spending, trade, and foreign policy. With Shapiros popularity and high approval ratings along with Ocasio-Cortez's policies the same as former President Warrens, O'Malley and Walker being very weak, Shapiro won re-election in a landslide.
