The USA was hit badly, and Fractured, as different sets of States went their seperate ways, the West Coast split into two factions, the Northern Federation, and the South western Alliance. Florida declared independence, and the Deep South became the CSA. The east coast collapsed, and the USA did not want to deal with the Tsunamis, so they left it.
