Tammy Suzanne Green Baldwin (born February 11th, 1962) is an American politician who served as the 46th President of the United States from January 20th, 2021 to January 20th, 2029, being the first female and member of the LGBTQ+ community to serve in the office. He previously served as an United States Senator from Wisconsin from 2013 to 2021.
Presidency (2021-2029)[]
Baldwin was elected President in 2020, defeating Incumbent President Donald J. Trump in the electoral college (297-241) and the popular vote (50-46). She was inaugurated into the office of the presidency on January 20th, 2021, along with her running mate Julian Castro becoming inaugurated into the office of the Vice presidency, becoming the first Hispanic to become Vice President of the United States.
In her first 100 days, she repealed the transgender military ban, stopped construction of the United States border wall and repealed the travel ban placed on Muslim-majority countries. In April of 2021, she signed an executive order to legalize the usage and sale of Marijuana in all 50 states. In September of 2021, she signed the Upgraded Glass Steagall Act of 2021 into law, placing regulations on wall street to make sure another market crash won't happen in the next 20 years.
In Early 2022, she signed the Low-Income Care act, which made a public option for people who couldn't afford private health insurance. Also in July 2022, she signed the Gun Safety Sale Act, which denied sale of guns to mentally ill individuals.
In the 2024 United States presidential election, Tammy Baldwin ran for a second term. Her general election challenger was former UN ambassador and former Governor of South Carolina Nikki Haley. Haley was an establishment conservative, which had connections to the Trump admin. In the presidential debates, Haley attacked Baldwin on her progressive policies and that America needed someone more conservative to govern the country. Baldwin would attack Haley on her hawkish foreign policy and that America needed to be diplomatic instead of imperialist. On November 5th, Baldwin would defeat Haley in a larger electoral college victory than in 2020, she won 317 electoral votes to Haley's 221.

Post-presidency[]
Tammy Baldwin would be considered one of the greatest presidents of all time among Democrats. Many Republicans would go on and dislike when she was out of the presidency due to her policies on LGBT rights, Gun control and the economy. In 2030, her approval rating was in the 60s overall.
