Ganymede one of Jupiter's moons was converted into an agricultural station in 3548 to provide food for the re-colonized planet Earth which was struggling to produce their own food on a very toxic inhospitable planet. Ganymede was the most populated colony outside of Mars and the planet Earth in 5555 Ganymede became known as new Eden because of the fact it was producing food and animal proteins for the entire solar system by that time. In 6066 the planet was fully terraform and produce more food for the solar system.
