The Human and Animal Testing Act is a law King Ismael Perez he made for the Caribbean Empire. It states that depending if a product is designed for a species, it must be tested on the species the product is designed for. If the product is intended for multiple species, test the product on those species and if one of those species includes humans, it must first be tested on humans. Human test subjects must be at least 17 years old to be tested.
