All alternate and future history is biased to some degree, and I don't see why it's wrong to for example write a page called Conservative UK Dystopia or What If Islam Ruled The World. How to read the time: The time displayed above is set at UTC (Cordinated Universal Time, aka Greenwich Mean Time or GMT, named after the city in England which meets the Prime Meridian at 0 degrees longitude), which is at the equator at a 24-hour format. The time displayed would be equivalent if you live in the West European Time zone (WET) during times where daylight savings time is not observed or in Arzones, Cape Verde or Eastern Greenland if daylight savings time is observed. If your time zone is not UTC+0, look up the time zone of your area and add an hour (or sometimes 30 minutes) if you live east of the Prime Meridian and west of the International Date Line. if the or subtract an hour (or sometimes 30 minutes) if you live west of the Prime Meridian or east of the International Date Line. To read time in a 24-hour setup (military time), leave the time as it is if it's before noon (AM), but subtract 12 hours if it's after noon (PM). Midnight (12:00 AM) is equivalent to 0:00.
