In 1982 the city of London was destroyed in a nuclear strike that resulted in the deaths of the entire British Royal family other than princes Anne who was visiting Prince Edward Island in Canada during the event. As a result of this, she became crowned Queen Anne. Her coronation was an extremely sad want because she was the surviving member of her family. She was Queen until 2001 when the UK had a massive referendum that made the country a Republic. Her writing was extremely turbulent because the UK was economic depression, there were massive food shortages and race riots that killed an estimated 1 million people mostly minorities. From 1993 to 2000 she was also in charge of the British government entirely because democracy collapsed during this decade. Eventually in 2001 democracy was restored however the Queen was viewed as a dictator and this led to the downfall of the British Royal family. In the end, her rate was turbulent but she is now recognized for helping reestablish stability and democracy in the UK. She died in 2020.
