But aside from the atrocity of the attack itself, something else changed that day. September 11, 2001 was the last day that peace between the Islamic and Western worlds prevailed. Because after this horrible, horrible attack, the West wanted just one thing. That one thing was revenge. |

Synopsis
September 11, 2001. It started like any other. People were going to work and school, living their life, oblivious to what would happen that day. The 9/11 attacks were much larger in scope, targeting multiple major cities worldwide. The War on Terrorism, in return, is also much more brutal and larger in scope.
