The Great African War of 2023 was a war fought in Africa. After a series of failed negotiations, the Democratic Republic of the Congo officially declared war on the Central African Republic. Several other nations also joined in on the war, further influencing the European powers to inherit their dominance over Africa yet again.
Background[]
After Morocco, CAR, Chad, and Sudan left the African Union, many nations ceased contact with those nations, naming them traitors. After CAR took some disputed territory, the DRC began asking for their land back. CAR refused to give the land back, and relations kept declining. The DRC eventually threatened war if CAR didn't give them the land back. CAR refused the ultimatum and the DRC declared war.
