This is an agricultural research Center and experimental farm that was founded in 2023 in order to find new ways of genetically modifying plants and animals to make the more sustainable and resistant to the effects of climate change. A massive greenhouse was built on the former football field of the former school in 2026 and began to provide food for local community and eventually became the predominant to producer of the Republic of Kingston.

It was then bought by the Canadian agricultural company and converted into an experimental farm in 2023. The school's former football fields were converted into hydroponic greenhouses and the large atrium in the school became a greenhouse full of green walls. Classrooms became research labs in the chapel became a greenhouse that studied the effects of marijuana on the brain development. This facility also produced the first drought resistant banana variety ever to be introduced. The research done by this organization also prevented and stop the potato blight of 2033 from devastating the world. They also successfully genetically modified and protected a large variety form. They started a farmers market the first began in 2034 and became streaming success. This lab produces a large amount of food for Kingston and the surrounding area and also ensured the Kingston survive the economic instability and crashes that affected the rest of Canada in the 2050s and 2060s.
