Beginning in the 51st century the temperatures in the northern hemisphere began to decrease at the second Ice Age developed. This eventually led to the evacuation of much of the northern hemisphere by 5300. However the country Iceland creating a large dome around the largest population center of Reykjavík and over smaller cities to reserve the country. These colonies were connected by a series of passageways. one small glaciers and snow covered these domes the cities were protected. Large tunnels and elevator shafts are also built so that residents to go to the top of the glaciers and trade with other countries. The Icelandic colony became extremely successful they traded with similar colonies in the form of countries of Finland, Norway, the Russian Federation, the Korean Republic, New Ireland and Canadian Federation.
